WHO WE ARE

We Are Diesel Garage Foundation

Providing passionate individuals with an opportunity to take the first step in fulfilling their dream of becoming a diesel technician, welder, or machinist.

STUDENT DEBT IS MOUNTING

Vocational and Trade skills are becoming more in demand now than ever as traditional academic degrees put America’s students Further into Debt.

The Diesel Garage Foundation was founded upon a fundamental principle echoed by many across the diesel trade and motorsport industry: Not enough skilled workers. Between now and 2030 it is estimated that 50% of the workforce in the diesel, welding, and heavy machine industries will retire, creating a huge shortage of skilled professionals. According to the Federal Reserve General student loan debt facts indicate there is:

$0
Trillion in Current US Student Loan Debt
0
Million Americans w/ Student Loan Debt
$0
Average Graduating w/ Student Loan Debt

THE INDUSTRY IS ASKING…

These industries need to act quickly, start building a force of trained staff that can apprentice alongside senior workers, and get ahead of the estimated shortage of workers, pre-retirements. The burden of student loan debt will discourage many from following their passion. That’s what the industry leaders need to know, and that’s where our foundation fills the gap.
In business, we need to keep up with demand by hiring trained employees in the latest technology to properly service the consumer’s needs. DG Foundation provides paid tuition and reward packages for high achieving students who are passionate about these industries.
